Chewie is just the best! She defies those steroetypes about bratty tortie kitties with her friendly and goofy personality. She hasn't met a cat or a person she doesn't like. She is a playful, active, and inquisitive girl who can fit into just about any situation.
Since she loves to snuggle and play with other cats, we want her to be adopted into a home with a playful kitty or two. She sometimes plays rough and will attempt to engage other cats in wrestling matches. She loves to eat wet cat food and will sneak a human food snack when she can!
Chewie is also very affectionate toward humans. She likes to sit on laps and also gives kisses. She can be mouthy and likes to nibble on fingers, likely a holdover behavior from kittenhood. We are working on this behavior and she is easily redirected.
Chewie was rescued after being brought into animal control as a stray. She is now fully vetted including spay, virus testing (Felv/ FIV negative), age appropriate vaccinates, parasite treatment, microchip, and wellness exam.
