Most of the people on here rehoming their pets Are charging rehoming fees that are completely insane. You are supposed to be finding better homes for your animals, not making profits! If you can't seem to find anyone to take your 500$ mix breed puppy Maybe It's because you're charging at a pure bred price for your MIXED BREED. seriously who would pay that much for a dog that doesn't have papers?! Same for kittens? When did adoption fees for kittens skyrocket to 100+ $ for a kitten that has no shots, barely eating solid food, and comes with no supplies, become acceptable? Just because you decided to be irresponsible and not spay or neuter your pets doesn't mean you can take an unexpected littler and try to get the highest Buck! There are people out there, like myself, who want to open up there loving families and wonderful homes to amazing furry companions and can't all because they're being asked to fork over hundreds of dollars. News flash people, If you wouldn't pay that much, then no one else will! especially If It's a mixed breed with no papers, no shots, and no supplies. However If it is purebred with papers and shots, then by all means, charge it up! You worked hard to breed a happy healthy blood line and should reap the rewards! Seriously, stop trying to make a profit off these poor animals you obviously care nothing for. Worry about what kind of home they're going to, not How much you can.
