We adopted sweet Winnie from a rescue about 6 mos ago, and it turns out that my mom, who is here daily, is allergic to her.
She is great with dogs and kids. Our 2 year old basically beats on her and she has never protested.
She would never bite.
She was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas, and needs a new home that can provide her with some some basic training. She gets excted and jumps up still, and she has been known to steal food. Frankly, we have not had the time in invest in the basic training she needs. She is a beautiful, sweet girl though, and will make a lovely pet! She takes treats like a lady. She is certainly non-aggressive, but very excitable. She is a love!
It is very difficult to let her go, as she has a heart of gold, so I want to find the perfect living situation for her. If you are interested, please email me a brief description of your living situation and dog experience. She is very high energy. 2 years old, but really still a pup. She would not do well in an apartment--she needs a yard to run in, and daily exercise will be a MUST.
Free to the first good home who can take her! She has already visited my vet and has a clean bill of health. She is spayed, has rabies vaccine, etc.
