This is not a one-time labor gig; but rather a long-term "gig." There wasn't a catagory for it, so I put it under this heading.
I am looking for an adventurous person (preferably one female) who enjoys finding "treasures" in various places around the Denver-Metro area - usually at night (but also some days) - and then selling them online. I may consider a guy - it depends of several things. I have found unbelievable items that people throw away in public dumpsters, other kinds of bins, in front of houses (advertised as "free"), etc. This is all legal! I do not go into dumpsters where there is food or other gross stuff. Nor do I go into any bins that are locked or private. I have found jewelery, new small appliances, office supplies, books, new (and used) clothes in excellent shape, DVDs, and much more. I sell them for a 100% profit (minus gas and other misc expenses) online. It sounds sort of odd (I am actually a professional in my other careers), but it really is fun!
I am looking for someone who is strong and able to lift sometimes heavy items (with my help), have no back or neck problems, not afraid to get a little dirty, available late into the night, is Internet savvy, fun, and MUST speak fluent English, willing to do a background check and has text messaging. You must be able to understand the $$ potential of this. There is a lot of information online about people who do this and there is a book on it, too.
So, I am looking for someone who has NO prior criminal record (I will check); is absolutely trustworthy (I will check); loves doing this; experienced in listing things online on various sites; (Although I will likely do this part at the beginning); has an entrepreneurial mindset; very easy to get along with (able to collaborate and cannot be bossy); has a truck, SUV or other vechicle that can haul stuff (I have one too).
