I have 8 years of cleaning experience & I take pride in it, always doing my best. I am very trustworthy & can provide references if needed. I am great with kids & pets , so I don't mind cleaning around them what so ever! I am easy going! I can clean offices, apartments, bathrooms, homes, etc! I can clean for a one time job, move ins & outs, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings... I can do light cleaning or deep cleanings... I charge flat rates not by the square footage.
I work 8 hours or less a day, so if it is a huge job & exceeds 8 hours. I charge per day so it will be $135 the first day. If the second day only takes 5 hours for example the second day will be $105.
I do expect to be paid after the end of each day with cash or through credit or debit on the square. Both ways I can provide a receipt. The Square is a secure mobile credit card reader for both the buyer & seller.
Just email, text or call & make an appointment. Please be descriptive with what you exactly want done so I can do my best! I can clean while you are away or there either way works for me but I will need payment by the end of the job, to secure myself.
I do provide most of my own cleaning supplies but I do not bring my own vacuum & mop unless otherwise discussed. I can however if you need that done & don't have one of your own. If you use other chemicals or cleaning supplies that you would like me to use that is totally fine, I will just need to be told ahead of time!
