Please participate in a research study exploring posture, balance, function, and strength in African American Adults over the age of 50! Information collected though a 2 hour series of tests will be used to predict health in older African Americans and benefit the African American Health Community. Some tests included: bone mineral density, muscle strength, blood pressure, lung capacity, balance, range of motion, questionnaires, walking tests, posture curves, foot measurements, weight and height, and more!
