Hello,
I would like to open my home up to two awesome school aged kids! I have a five year old and I think that it would be great to have some friends over after school. I live right next door to the Ocean Ave elementary school. I could pick them up at school and they could stay till about 7:00 if needed. I can be flexible with the times. Our afternoon would consist of snack, playing on the school playground (when it's nice out), help with homework (I'm a teaching student at SMCC), creative activities, games, and a balanced dinner (if that would make your life easier 😊). I might also put on a movie if they start to get tired. I want your children to feel like they are at home or at their best friends house.
I have many years worth of childcare experience. I'm a 34 year old mother who is extremely cautious with safety, and I'm a big believer in a child's great self esteem! I also enjoy teaching them how to respect and support others.
I might also be open to a part time nannying position for the right family.
