Stackable heavy duty bake pan.
The choice of glass or metal pans, dark or shiny pans, affects cooking times and food moisture. For baking, use shiny heavy aluminum baking pans. Dark metal pans conduct the heat more intensely than light pans when baking and may burn or overcook the contents.
A light, shiny aluminum pan, such as this, will give more consistent baking results.
