Amazing webapp designer needed

I am the Administrative Asst to the music Director and department at my church. Currently we have been having trouble managing and communicating with each choir member and musician and contacting everyone via email,facebook and text.

What I am seeking is a way to help manage and organize our music department so that way we can stay on top of things and communicate with each other in an easy, more efficient and accessible way. Originally I started off with setting up a free trial through choralize and groupanizer which are choir management programs. Here are the links below to give you a better insight:

However even though they are easy to use they still don't come close to what I had in mind.
What we need is a great website but works like a social media platform and is easy to use but you have the option to go straight to our public website or login to your own personal dashboard that's for choir members and musicians only.
