Looking for a part time Porter for an Apartment Community in Hopewell. A Porter position requires one to perform such duties as grounds, trash pick up, cleaning of common areas and apartments, painting, light maintenance, and any other duties as requested. Position would be Monday-Friday during the day consisting of 20-30hrs per week. Weekends may be required only if a special project or emergency situation occurs.
