I need a reliable guy who can prep and paint turnovers on an ongoing basis. I do NOT want to hire some company with 5 guys. I want ONE guy - my extensive years of experience has taught me that if you hire a second guy he will spend half his time talking to the first for a net gain of zero. I have one open now and I am stripping outlets from the last idiot who painted, patching a few holes, scrubbing trim, I will install the new kitchen floor. You get the idea. I do own 15 buildings, mostly in Mpls, and if I actually found a guy who would work cheap enough, the work would be.
