Description: Our client is looking for team members to join their Assembly team. The right person must have good Analytical skills; able to design with creative solutions and have great attention to detail. You must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals along with the ability to write routine reports & correspondence. You must have quality work while completion of product in a timely manner. People with construction backgrounds tend to do well here. Requirements:
1) Abide in 5S rules and requirements
2) Ability to add, subtract, multiply & divide in all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
3) Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
4) Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
5) Ability to read and comprehend documents such as fabrication drawings, cutting orders, bills of material or other project plans, orders or specifications in order to accurately fabricate and assemble product
6) Ability to determine an efficient sequence and method to fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal products
7) Properly operate screen roller, air tools, battery operated tools, electric tools, radial arm saw, panel saw & welder

Physical Requirements:
1) must be able to lift 20-50 #'s frequently, 100# or more seldom
2) Standing, walking most of the shift
3) Repetitive motions frequently
4) Able to work in a noisy environment (ear protection provided)
5) Carrying /pushing material 5' in length/20#'s frequently
