Local, successful medical marijuana dispensary currently seeking experienced, outgoing Assistant Manager with knowledge of MMJ strains, concentrates and edibles. 2 to 3 years of successful management experience and sales background. Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent communication, sales and management skills. Must be able to coach and inspire volunteers, resolve conflict, maintain safety, and manage accounts.
Assistant Manager is expected to:
-- Create and follow forecast models and budgets based on understanding of principles of business and experience.
-- Set and surpass aggressive sales, service, and profit goals.
-- Work closely with other management.
-- Thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
-- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
-- Maintain and update menu, website and social media.
-- Ensure product meets company standards.
-- Meet with vendors to discuss new and existing product lines.
-- Place orders with vendors/wholesalers and ensuring product inventory is accurate, stocked and updated on a daily basis.
-- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards.
-- Cultivate an atmosphere of familiarity and comfort for patients, ensuring maximum customer retention.
Requirements:
Must be mature and 21 or over
Must have a valid Michigan Drivers and MMMP card
Industry experience is a plus
Working knowledge of accounting software, Excel
Must have knowledge of MMJ menu POS
Photoshop knowledge a plus
Be willing to submit to a background check
Must be willing to work weekends!
Must have reliable transportation
