Have a new studio next door to the old one. Double the size, vaulted ceilings, giant greenscreen wall, multiple ISO booths, designed according to principles from Alan Parsons Art and Science of Sound. Nuemann U87 mic, Class A preamps. I do a 4 hour block for $100 and a 2hr block for $60. Basically have people put half down to secure a date (paypal or stop by the studio), Generally booked a week or two out.
