This is an alert for anyone that comes into contact with a Melinda Ann Gustin. She has a bad record with Roommates and Landlords. Complaints range from late rent, vandalism, theft of property, unpaid rent, trashed residence. Myself and another lady are currently victims of this woman's malicious behavior. She was evicted from her last residence and told to never return. If you are offering a room for rent or an apartment consider yourself warned of this.
