I am looking to sell my 3BR 2Bath Condo in Orlando. It is a condo hotel that is rented out and managed by a central office that is on premise. It is rented out fairly well but at this time is not a money maker. (Unless you managed it by yourself. The management company with the condo association fee's is nearly 50% of the income!) I live too far away to manage it. My unit is on the 1st floor which is a plus. I am looking for $149,000. You would have to get a mortgage from a local bank or credit union. Major banks for some reason do not finance 'Condo Hotels' or of course pay cash. :-) My unit is a 'GOLD' unit which means it is updated and will rent by the front desk first. The Silver and Bronze units rent after the Gold ones.

I will have pictures taken of my unit when possible.
