Band Seeks Animators for Animated FilmConcept Album
Hi,
We are a psychedelic funk/rock band from LA and we are creating animated music videos for our songs from our concept album, Unreal City. You can find it on iTunes, Spotify, or on any of the links below. We are seeking animators with unique styles. We will be matching up animators with songs according to how their style augments the tone of the song. We are paying $1000 for a 4 minute song and prorating appropriately.
We have already begun production on two of the songs: Thee Weyrd Sisters and The Golden Age. I've attached photos from the preliminary artwork. We also have the first draft of the animatic done.
Our band, Westerner, is a cosmic, funky, rock band. It is like Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd with more of a dance ethic. Our first album, Unreal City, is a drug-addled, psychedelic romp through akashic memories and dystopian prophecies. It's a sci-fi, rock opera composed of catchy pop songs, surreal soundscapes, and strange characters who seem to be climbing out of the rabbit hole.
