I am "Singer at Large" and recording artist Johnny J. Blair, music industry veteran and bassist looking for working situations: Recording, live work, conventions, soundtracks, and/or subbing for bass players that need to take a break. I've toured, recorded, and performed internationally with major acts, including 18 years with Davy Jones of The Monkees. I was also the touring bassist in The Monkees 2011 reunion of the UK and USA and had parts in other Monkees reunion projects.
I'm capable at many styles, but my specialties are pop/rock, Americana, New Wave rock, old school soul/funk, and similar genres.
