We are looking to update our bathroom. We don't want to change the layout, we just want to replace the shower, tub and vanity. We want to keep the floors as is and we have extra tiles to put in where needed. We do want to add one electrical outlet and one over the tub chandelier where there is not a light now. We will pick out and provide the finishes and wish to have you install them. Plumbing will need to be moved a very short distance for the tub because I want a free standing tub. I am sure drywall will need to be replaced after the tiles are taken down in the shower and tub area. We have had three companies come over to give us a bid and we have spent hours with them and not a single person has sent us their bid. We don't want to get an estimate done in our home and then we never receive it. We have gotten a few bids since posting this ad, but we are looking for bids that have the labor broken down for each area and separate from the materials. We are ready to move forward on this as soon as possible. Let me know your experience, your availability, how long this project will take and the cost.
