Sadly I'm not entirely sure of the location, (be aware the zip code may be INCORRECT), but I saw a beagle and Jack Russell running wild by the wawa. The dogs had to be pets and had to know one another for they weren't scared of human contact. They seemed friendly, but hot; not malnourished though. The dogs were near Kingston Ave., by the Wawa and Taco Bell.

I couldn't spot the gender of the dogs, but the beagle had a dark color on and the jack Russell was dark black and brown splotched. It seemed more skittish than the beagle. The jack Russell may have been a mix breed, but it looked very much like a jack Russell.
