I have a beautiful red micro fiber sofa for sale. It's only a few years old and is in great condition. It's also very comfortable and soft. It was purchased for more than double what I'm asking for it and is from a non smoking household. I had it in storage for the last year or so while I was away on business so it could use a little bit of a cleaning, but otherwise no rips, stains and is in great condition.
