Beware of Firehouse Fence in Westfork (Westfork)

Beware of Firehouse Fence of Westfork! We hired them to install a pool, move some buildings, build a fence and a deck as well as remove gravel from the backend of the storm shelter and brick it back.
We paid them in advance close to $5000 and they worked about six hours and quit, stealing what materials I had here. This company is nothing but a joke. I have posted pics so you can see I am not lying. See pics of fence and pool they installed. I have to hire someone to come back out and start from scratch with everything. They cut their fence pole to short and then instead of fixing it, they used it as it was making the fence look awful. They left my cellar in a mess, my pool in a mess, and got the majority of the money upfront.
When I first hired him, I said, "Buildings first, (my son moved them except for about two feet), then the pool, then the fence and then the deck. That was the way it was supposed to have gone. He started all at the same time and now I have a mess in everything.
Casey, the owner, agreed to follow the book instructions on the pool because of the warranty. He just said he would. He never. They were supposed to dig the ground down about six inches to install the pool and they never even got the grass off the top of the ground. They were taking off the back end gravel from around the storm shelter and supposed to brick it back in. They just made a mess and quit. They also took the pea gravel that they said they would lay on a tarp and save and threw it in the yard and mixed it with the dirt in the pool area to ruin the pool liner. They agreed to use a about a ton of sand mixed with crushed rock like the pool instruction book stated. He had six or seven bags which looked to be about 40lb bags of sand for the whole pool, and no crushed rock. When I ask why he said, "You do not need it. Dillion knows what he is doing." He really had no way of know that, considering he had just hired him.
Everything they did was a mess. They worked a total of six hours for the money and got right at $5,000 cash plus some of my materials. BEWARE!! Get what they promise you in writing. Casey was the man's name I dealt with and every time I told him I never got my contract, he would say, "I sent it; I do not understand why you never got it." I do not believe he sent it. He told me he had $250,000 in insurance and run a big business here and in Florida, but when I saw my credit card, it said Tim Tucker is who I paid. Anyway, people, beware. This man cannot build a decent fence or install a pool. He hired someone name Dillon who told me he did not need instructions because he had installed over 30 pools by himself. Everyone knows it takes more than one person to install a pool. This kid looked to be about 20 installing it by himself. I am not blaming him. He is not the one that agreed to the follow the book instructions. Casey did, and he was not even around, much less installing the pool. I am not saying Dillon installed it wrong, I am just saying he refused to install it by the instructions which voided the warranty. He refused to do that even though Casey had said they would use the book to install it. The last I talked to Casey, he said he would come over that day and fix the fence. Instead he snuck in and stole the remaining materials I had here and left. I did file a police report on him, but I might should have filed it against Firehouse Fence in Westfork. I was not sure. Casey is the one that come and got what materials was left. They got right at $5000 and my materials; I got nothing but a mess. I got screwed! If you hire them, demand to see that they are bonded or insured and GET A CONTRACT!!! They do not keep their word and when you ask them why, they will say, "No, that is not what I said." BE CAREFUL!
