An hour and a half from Fargo, the cabin is four miles outside of Perham, MN and two miles from Lakeside Golf Club (http://www.perhamlakeside.com/)
Big Pine Lake has an area of 4,700 acres with a maximum depth of 76 feet and an average of over five feet of water clarity.
Rental Information:
Weekly: $1000- Check in dates and times are flexible
Accommodations:
Cabin = 900 sq. ft: three bedrooms with one queen and two double beds.
Amenities:
Air conditioning, boat lift, TV, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking/eating utensils provided, grill, small aluminum boat, large deck w/ patio furniture, fire pit, sand toys, linens/bedding, and coffee maker.
DEPOSIT
A $300 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit, which is separate from the rent, will be refunded to you by mail no later than 2 weeks after you leave. Any deductions from the deposit will be for: (1) excessive water usage and/or cleaning/housekeeping charges which ranges from $25 - $200, (2) any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear, (3) any missing items, (4) large gathering fees, and/or (5) additional overnight guests
CANCELLATIONS
With at least a 30 day notice, we will refund half of the deposit.
