My utility bike was beat up by shipping company. Need someone to give it a quick basic tune up and get me on the road again ( if possible, not sure how effed the RD is )

Less pressing, but I would also like my road bike fixed too. It needs a spoke, true, and a tube. I have tubes and a patch kit, and I also have spokes, but idk if they are right size or not. Please let me know cost for this as well.
