Need a tech to go onsite and perform BIOS upgrade on all IBM registers in store. You will need to download a software program and execute it to a USB flash drive (Not more than 4GB in size). You will need to do this before going on site. Tech will bring USB stick onsite to perform register upgrades. The upgrades take roughly 10 mins per register. Job pays $35/hr.

Dress code: You must wear clean clothes. Denim jeans ok with no holes. Shoes must be clean. Collared shirt (preferably a polo). Hygiene is a must.

Customer service above all. You cannot leave site until customer is satisfied. DO NOT ARGUE WITH CUSTOMER OR SUPPORT PERSONNEL.
