This is a Finder Fee Only opportunity, so you get paid at the end of closing. We are only selecting 8-10 experienced bird-dogs at this time.

Because of this significant buying power, we are constantly in need of a fresh and on-going supply of properties to buy. Our criteria is really quite simple. We look for:

1. Price range of $25,000 - $250,000

2. SFH/Multi-Family no more than 4 units

3. No War Zones

We close QUICK & Will Pay You Ca$H. We also have training available!

We look for Homes & Vacant Houses with No Real Estate signs on them. We don't need properties that are listed with Realtors.
