My owner has to rehome me because of health and travel Issues, unfortunately, he can no longer keep me. We are both heart broken.!!! My owner will rehome me to the right home for a nominal rehoming fee. The new parent(s) must have some bird experience, own a home, condo and have a stable home environment, and be in it for the long haul.
