Personal Boxing Training. $75 for one 1 hour session.
$120 for 2 one hour sessions a week ($60 each)
$150 for 3 one hour sessions ($50 each)

One on one training sessions. An hour long session of in depth pad work, offensive and defensive training and light sparring... (IF INTERESTED.) One on ones give you the time to learn how to properly hit the heavy bag, speed bag and double end bag. Breaks it all down for you step by step and teaches you more than just the basics. You will learn that every movement is done with a purpose, that there's a reason behind every step you make.
