Like new, very clean. Total of 4 pieces. Three accent pillows included. Stuffed chair is oversized. Been in smoke-free animal free house. All items were treated with stain repellant before leaving the store. Sofa 87" long, love seat 67" and chair 54" wide. Pieces are matched set but would consider selling.
