I am relocating to Southern California to find work and begin a new chapter in my life. I plan to be there June 8th, but may be there around May 25th. Specifically, I am looking for a room in the zip code areas of either 90034, 90035 or 90048. I am a 51 year old, non-smoking female and I am looking for a private room, hopefully with a private bathroom, if not, I could share a bathroom. I prefer to room with a female who is a clean, quiet, non-smoker too, but would consider a roommate arrangement with a male, as long as the bedrooms are also separate. If you are entrepreneurial and/or artistic minded, all the better. I am looking for rent, around $400 per month with utilities included. This must be in a good neighborhood and preferably close to buses, although I will have transportation of my own. I am working with an employment agency, who wants me to be there, before they will assign me. I have a copy of my clean background check and hope to see yours. Also, I will share my resume with the right person, if necessary. I have references, who will vouch for my character and work ethic.
