We are currently seeking detailed, outgoing customer service oriented professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in car work, cleaning, retail or food service. This is a role that requires a high attention to detail and daily interaction with customers. We clean and detail cars all over the Richmond, VA area and are expanding. Hourly compensation ($10-13/hour to start) will be based on experience and background plus bonus potential.

Qualifications:

- ÂHigh School diploma plus 2-5+ years of work experience
- Scheduling, Staffing, Management and/or Training Experience a plus
Â- Track record of strong people and relationship skills
Â- The ability to work on multiple projects, at times with tight deadlines
- ÂMust be organized and very detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision and follow instruction.
- Ability to anticipate problems and resolve them with minimum supervision
Â- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Â- Highly computer literate
- Experience with credit card processing a plus
- Must be reliable

This position will work 40 hours a week or more and will have the opportunity to train additional team members, manage and continue to grow as the business.
