I am looking for a person to help framing apartment in-law in Burlingame.
The apartment includes raised floor, small kitchen area, bathroom, hallway, walking closet and bedroom.
I will pay $25 - $35/hour depending on experience with framing. I am also open to the fixed bid arrangements.
You should have your own compressor and power tools.
You should know the building codes and be able to communicate in English
