Looking to have (5) cabins custom built size depends on foot print but approx. 20X24 with a loft and a 6X20 enclosed porch these will be going on a poured foundation. The bids should include a price with both shingle and metal roofs. So we can choose, which one we think would work for our budget.
These are year round cabins so they should include installation. We would like a price on spray foam installation in the basements. But if that's not something you can do no problem. We understand.
Walls should be
2X6 exterior walls 16" OC
2X4 interior walls 16" OC
12X12 roof pitch
This is a job that could start in the fall, we are aware that any good contractor/ carpenter would have plenty of work over the summer but this job could keep you busy into the winter.

2 - cabin 15X21 2 bedroom with a loft , 1 bathroom and a open concept mini kitchen and living room and a 6X15 enclosed porch
3- cabin 14X18 1 bedroom with a loft, 1 bathroom, and a open concept mini kitchen and living room and a 6X14 enclosed porch
4 cabin 17x18 1 bedroom with a loft, 1 bathroom and a open concept mini kitchen and living room and a 5X18 enclosed porch
5- cabin- 20X24 2 bedroom with loft 1 bathroom open mini kitchen and living area also include a 6X20 enclosed porch
All living areas should have a ceiling fan installed

This rugged but functional cabin with 2 bedrooms offers a drop down ceiling in the lower level to provide even more space in the full sized loft.
As you enter from the enclosed front porch you are greeted by the open Great Room with its cathedral ceiling looking upward to its open loft.
You should have experience in reading blueprints, FOUNDATION AND FOOTERS - FLOOR JOIST LAYOUT - SUB FLOOR LAYOUT - WALL LAYOUT - WINDOW AND DOOR CALL-OUTS - FIXTURE LAYOUT - ROOFING LAYOUT - RAFTER or TRUSS LAYOUT - ELECTRICAL LAYOUT - DECK & PORCH LAYOUT -- FRONT, REAR AND SIDE ELEVATIONS
You should have a MATERIAL LIST Needed for the project
The Material List should be complete with all Lumber, Roofing, Electrical / Plumbing, Insulation, Fixtures, Doors & Window Schedules and Deck / Porch / Step materials. Everything that will be needed to build my Cabin. Right down to the handles for the cabinets.
