Looking to hire a skilled carpenter to make repairs caused by a busted pipe to an old home. Looking to get the following repairs completed
-Drywall roof and wall (ASAP)
-Cut attic access in 2nd floor (ASAP)
-New lamanent flooring in living room
-Repair Privacy Wood Fence Gate that won't close
-Paint
-Repair Stair Railings
Must be reliable as I am looking for someone to provide repairs on a long term basis as needed as we are preparing the property for rental.
