I have 1200 sq. ft. of carpet, padding, and tack strips to be removed from a small 2 story house.
Looking for someone able to work for a few hours on Friday-Sunday mornings, and possible a bit on other days. Most time would be between 4am and 7am, doing property cleanup.
Pay would be flat fee per property, depending on volume of cleaning.
Must have your own transportation, be able to do manual labor and work independently.
JANITORIAL/CLEANING DAYTIME. 20-25HRS PER WEEK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 5:30 PM - 8:30PM. DUTIES INCLUDE EMPTYING TRASH AND RECYCLING, DUST MOP AND WET MOP FLOORS, VACUUM CARPETS, RESTROOM AND BREAK ROOM CLEANING, DOOR GLASS CLEANING AND DUSTING. PERSON MUST BE VERY RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL AND COMFORTABLE WORKING AROUND PEOPLE. BACKGROUND CHECK PRIOR TO HIRING. EXPERIENCE.
