Cash Reward to info leading to missing cat (Richmond)
I'm offering a cash reward to information leading to the kitten that went missing almost 3 years ago.
Elliot was 6 weeks old when my roommate took him and his mother to Animal Care and Control in Richmond VA. I went there to get him back, and they had no information on him but had his mother. When I looked at the sheet listing all the animals given up it was different handwriting than that of my rooms mates. The attendant also said that because he was so small that he could have gotten out of his cage and into one of the dog's run. Well, that doesn't really help somebody frantically looking for their kitten. If you have any information on my little boy, you will receive a cash reward. Please send a photo to confirm.
He is a black and white Tuxedo cat with a small dot on the right side of his chin.
