LA/SPCA Program: Discounted Programs for Orleans Parish:
2015 Special is a Louisiana SPCA funded program for Orleans Parish residents only. Both companion cats and dogs residing in Orleans Parish are eligible for spay/neuter for only $20.15 and feral cats for $10. In addition, microchips will be available as an add-on service for only $10.
Spay/Neuter a Pet (S/NAP) is a grant funded program offered by the Louisiana SPCA and is restricted to residents living in zip code 70117 in Orleans Parish. Pet owners in 70117 will receive spay/neuter surgery, a microchip and vaccinations at the Louisiana SPCA Community Clinic at no cost. Appointments and proof of residency are required to participate in S.
