CL prohibits the posting of pets for sale or breeding to address the overwhelming problem of back yard puppy milling and over crowded shelters.
These dogs are kept in horrible conditions, and these scam artist will tell you anything you want to hear.
I personally know several people who have been scammed with dogs needing surgery, meaningless "Paperwork" and sick animals.
