I teach clarinet and bass clarinet in the Loudoun County area; I have 20 years' experience.
Private lessons are available for children and adults. Lessons can be scheduled at my studio in south Leesburg, or I can come to your home.
Instruction is focused on helping you achieve a good technique and tone on the clarinet. The lessons include demonstrations and duet playing.
I have experience both as a teacher and performer; I've studied with Bill Wright of the National Symphony Orchestra and have a B.A. in Music from Bard College; I've taught in the Loudoun County School system and have won three awards from the D.C. Commission for the Arts for my concert performances.
