College Student Looking for Summer Sublet During Internship (Newark, DE)
Hello,
I am a student attending college in Maryland and I have a 10-week summer internship with JP Morgan in Newark, starting on June 1st. Looking for a reasonably priced option around the Newark JP Morgan office or UDel campus. I go to school in Maryland but am originally from even further away so I am looking for a simple setup. For this reason, I probably will only be interested in some place that is furnished already. To confirm, the timeline is probably June 1st - August 15th. I would need to arrive on that weekend before June 1st. Open to most regular options - apartment, house, etc.
I'm tidy, non-smoker, easy going. I won't be bringing have pets or kids or anything. I am actually slightly allergic to dogs/cats so I probably wouldn't be interested if you have a pet.
I would be very interested if you have some kind of garage or even if you are in an apartment complex that has a parking garage, so please let me know if you have something like that!
