Remove all infection/malware/adware issues when possible. If not possible and if requested, I will save all your documents, pictures, video's and music files and do a complete operating system installation. Once complete, I will transfer all your data files back to your computer. In addition to this, I will install the following applications...

Office, a free Antivirus solution, all of the relevant Microsoft updates, all device drivers, all necessary web applications and a couple of maintenance programs that you can use to keep your computer running its best.

HARDWARE ISSUES: I will replace hard drives, RAM, power supplies. I do not fix major hardware issues with laptops such as motherboards, AC jacks and screens and I do not repair printers.

How it works: You bring your desktop/tower or laptop computer to me. If it's a desktop/tower, I only need the computer itself, nothing else is needed unless the power cord is unique. For laptops, I ask that you bring the AC Adapter as well. Microsoft often requires the laptop to be plugged in when completing updates.

You do not sit and wait: I give you a receipt with all of my information and what you can expect the price to be. I will let you know when I'm done (most often same day but usually never longer than 24 hours) and you will come back to pick-up. Cash is the only form of payment I accept.

Additional service offered: If you have a Microsoft Surface tablet and you need a USB Recovery thumb drive, all I need is the serial number to your tablet and I can create one for you. Total cost for this is: $20 and I will provide the thumb drive.
