The St. Louis County Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting proposals/bids from prospective Concessionaires to provide food service and vending machine operations at the North County Recreation Complex, the St. Vincent Community Center and The Pavilion at Lemay.

Operations shall consist of all duties necessary for the preparation and sale of food, beverages and other approved merchandise as well as the operation of vending machines. Prospective Concessionaires may submit a proposal/bid for the concession contract at one, two or all three locations.

Prospective Concessionaires should be in the concession business or have a business plan for operating a concession business.

This is NOT an offer of employment with St. Louis County. This is a "Request For Proposal" for a contract with St. Louis County to operate a concession business inside its recreation facilities.

IMPORTANT DATES
Tuesday, February 3: Pre-Bid Meetings (9:00 am at North County Recreation Complex and 10:30 am at St. Vincent Community Center)
Friday, February 6: Proposal Submission Deadline
Week of February 9: Interviews (held in the Parks Department office in Clayton, MO)
Monday, February 16: Contract Award
Wednesday, April 1: Contract Commencement
