Contractor Looking for ApprenticeHelper (Bay Area)
Established General Contractor is looking for an apprentice/helper that would like to learn a trade and eventually become a lead/Foreman.
We have work from San Jose to San Francisco and do about 50/50 Residential and Commercial. I'm looking for someone with the right attitude that would like to learn the business from the ground up.
Please only local Bay Area candidates need respond. Bi-lingual strongly encouraged to apply.
You must have a dependable vehicle, no motorcycles, a truck would be perfect. You do not need to have a lot of tools but basic hand tools will eventually be required. I recruit attitude over experience, and dependability over excuses. Showing up is 80% of life.
If you would like a career over a job please respond. You can start immediately. Starting pay is low but you could be at $25 an hour or more, with benefits within 6 months. Driving a company truck within 12 months.
This is a good place to work. We build at the very highest level in the industry and we're very busy. I need good, dependable help that wants to advance, not just put in time. Other positions are also available for Journeymen Carpenters.
