This couch and love seat combo is in very good condition. They have no rips, tears, or stains, and they will surprise you with how comfortable they are to sit on. I've lived alone, with no smoking or pets, and used them, very sparingly, for the past 3 years. I am moving and while I don't necessarily have to sell them, I would like to if I can.
