I have for sale my remodeled, older, two bedroom home in Gillette. At $100,000 OBO, it is the best buy in town for a small home. It has a detached garage and four storage buildings surrounded by a 6 foot high privacy fence. Great home for somebody with dogs or needs lots of storage space.

All appliances are newer and stay with the house. Great drive way - open your car door, take two steps and you are in the house. Perfect home for an older person. No steps.

I don't think the banks like to finance these older homes and I'm too old to finance it myself. However, I may trade for bare land in Wyoming, Montana or South Dakota. May also consider collections of silver, gold or guns for partial trade.
