We have not found the right person yet, who even understands this issue for Idaho.
Must be very sturdy, against the high winds, etc. Your pay includes buying all materials, making it, and installing it in the yard.
I want it to be painted in old-school, retro, 1950's style, and read something along these lines (your ideas are welcomed):

You can model after the BURMA SHAVE type billboard road signs, if that is any inspiration for your artistic side.
Now taking bids and your talented ideas. I pay in cash. Not yet sure of the size and will take your advice. Maybe something like 4 feet by 5 feet with two strong mounting posts?
