I have been a carpenter for 20 years now and even though I do work for a larger contractor and have 4 children. I also take on projects that I enjoy doing. For example porch swings/swinging chairs, shelves, mantels, trim work, staircases, siding/metalwork, I can do minor various other tradeswork. It can't hurt to text and ask if your custom ideas or remodel work interest me. Depending on what you have to trade I'm also willing to build things or work for them.
