We bought this property as a temporary retirement home in 2014 after moving from Virginia and put a chunk of our savings into improvements. We lived in it for 9 months and enjoyed it very much but needed a larger home long term. If you love peace, quiet and privacy and are turned off by commercialism, congestion, and tourist traps, this is the Old Florida before all the development and overpopulation. From 600 to 1,000 people per DAY are moving into Florida and private acreages will be at a premium in the not too distant future. Developers have largely ignored this area while concentrating on the densely populated areas further south. This is Old Florida at its best. If you prefer peace, solitude, and natural beauty to Disney World and traffic, have a look.

Will sell for slightly less than the Zillow estimate (varies from high $98,000's to low $99,000's) through November when we will list with a realtor. We will pass the savings in commission on to the buyer if we sell privately before then.
Update 11/2/16 As of today, the Zillow estimate has risen to $104,758 from the $99,000 range, where it has been for many weeks. I am prepared to sell for $96,000 before listing with a realtor, which I will now do in December. That listing price will undoubtedly be higher and reflect increasing market.
