Need an experienced deck contractor on several properties in Matteson area.
Must be talented in retrofitting existing deck installs to bring them up to code and/or be able to build steps around/over sinking concrete stairs (pictured).
Qualified candidates will be Insured liability/comp and be able to pull permits as needed.
This is not show work, you might be tearing out a larger deck and putting in a simple 12x12 with or without rails or steps as needed by code. On tear outs must be able to remove debris.
