Job Description: Technicians will be taking care of tickets, including desktop support and installation (IMACD), voice communication systems, maintenance and administration of network services, printer issues, onsite admin tasks e.g. backup, OS migration. May perform remote support tasks such as helpdesk, security administration, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
- A+ Certified and/or MS certification
-Other certifications are a plus (MCP, MCSE, Network+)
- Basic networking skills
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Customer service and strong communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds of technical equipment
- Able to crawl under desks to disconnect computer equipment
